Here’s a small selection of some of the exciting autographs that we will be offering in our February auction

Princess Diana - a correspondence collection of over thirty A.Ls.S. and signed greetings cards, many with interesting content, all written to her personal beautician between 1984 - 1990.
To be sold individually, estimates from £200-300 upwards.

The sale of these letters is currently being covered in several national newspapers, including The Daily Telegraph, The Sun and The Daily Express as well as The London Evening Standard and online with The Daily Mail.




Edward Elgar - an important presentation photograph signed and inscribed by Elgar to Hans Richter who conducted the premiere of The Dream of Geronitus in Birmingham, 3rd October 1900. 
Estimate £300-400

 


Ernest Shepard - a rare, original pen and ink drawing of Winnie the Pooh and Piglet standing opposite Mr. Punch. Just one of 27 drawings by other Punch cartoonists included in an autograph album.
Estimate £2500-3500

Winston S. Churchill - an unusual signed postcard photograph of Churchill, taken on board H.M.S. Rodney shortly before the North Africa campaign during World War II.
Estimate £1000-1500

William Wordsworth - an unpublished autograph verse signed, contained in a small album and including contributions by several friends and associates of the poet.
Estimate £400-500

W. G. Grace - an impressive 11 x 8 signed photograph of the cricketer.
Estimate £1000-1200
